Where are you located?

I bake in a commercial kitchen in Sag Harbor, but I do not have a physical storefront (yet!). To make this easier for my customers, I deliver all of my orders.

Do any local stores carry your cakes? 

Yes! Cromer's Market in Sag Harbor carries my cakes and cupcakes. They are stocked 3-4 times a week, so the products are always fresh. 

How much notice do you need for orders? 

One week's notice is ideal, but the more notice the better, especially in the busier summer months. Weekends get booked quite quickly in the summer, so get your order in as soon as possible!

Do you make fondant-covered cakes or fondant characters? 

No, I do not work with fondant. All of my cakes are buttercream based. 

Do you make styrofoam cakes or "dummy cakes"?

No! All the cakes I make are made with real butter, sugar, and flour. I do not offer styrofoam tiers. 

Do you deliver? 

Yes! I deliver from Southampton to East Hampton, free of charge. Delivery to Amagansett, Montauk, and Hampton Bays is decided on a case by case basis, and will incur a delivery fee.
